Dawson Persons

Dawson grew up in Grand Rapids, MN. After graduating high school, Dawson took a gap year in Colorado with the international organization Torchbearers. He then attended NDSU where he graduated with a B.S. in Exercises Science. During college he began personal training as a part time role to pay bills, but quickly realized he had a passion for helping others create achievable and sustainable fitness habits.

Outside of Rise

In his free time Dawson enjoys anything outdoors, and specifically anything outdoors with his wife Abby who is in nursing school at NDSU. They love to camp, hike, fish, or hunt and love to try out new activities.
