Rise 50 Workout Challenge

Join us in committing to 50 workouts between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

The Rise Team

We are excited to announce the first-ever Rise 50 Workout Challenge, running from Memorial Day (May 26th) through Labor Day (September 1st).

The challenge is simple: To complete 50 workouts between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

That’s about 3.5 workouts per week - enough to challenge you, but with flexibility for real life: vacations, sick days, and anything in between. One workout each week can be something outside the gym, like a run, bike, swim, or brisk walk. (If you do one workout a week that’s not at Rise, then it equals out to about 2.5 Rise workouts/week)

How to Sign Up & Track Your Workouts

A sign-up sheet will be posted at the gym starting May 19th. The challenge begins on May 26th.

We’ll check in with you throughout the challenge, but it will be up to you to keep track of your workouts. There will be a tracking sheet posted at the gym. It will be in a visible place so we can hold each other accountable and cheer each other on!

Why Should You Commit To This Challenge?

Summer is when many people lose momentum in the gym. And honestly, we get it. Summer is short, and it’s tempting to trade structure for spontaneity. But enjoying summer doesn’t mean losing progress. Like we always preach, it's not about perfection, it's about consistency. That’s the foundation for this challenge. Consistent hard work over a period of time. And the best part is getting to do it together in a community! (And of course, there are some prizes at the end, too. Keep reading for details!)

What Counts (and What Doesn’t):Counts

  • Any Rise training session

  • Travel workouts - only if you post a photo in the private Rise Member Facebook Group.

  • You can count one workout per week that’s not at Rise (such as a run, bike, hike, swim, or brisk walk)

Doesn’t Count

  • Two-a-day workouts (only one per day counts)

Tips to Hit Your 50 Workouts:

  1. Plan Ahead Look at your week in advance and plan your workouts before your schedule fills up.

  2. Standard Over Feeling Set your personal standard to show up consistently, even if it’s inconvenient.

Additional Details

Every person who successfully completes the challenge will receive a small prize, and will also be entered into a drawing for a grand prize. The grand prize winner will get to choose between:

  • A 30-minute family photoshoot with Heidi Morlock Photography ($300 value)

  • Bison football tickets (regular season game)

  • An evening with one of our owners, Chase Morlock, enjoying a private dining experience in your home for 4 to 6 people (dinner courtesy of Father James Meyer of Padre’s Catering)

We can't wait to go through this challenge together with you! Let’s commit. Let’s stay consistent. Let’s crush those 50 workouts together. Look for the sign-up sheet at the gym starting on May 19th!
