At-home mobility routine

Feeling stiff and tight in the dead of winter? Take 5 minutes a few times a week to give your body the mobility love it needs!

These cold Midwest winters can make it a lot harder to exercise outside. It can also make us a lot stiffer and more sore than we are during the balmy summer temperatures. If you are feeling stiff, sore, and tight, try out these mobility exercises. You don’t need any special equipment to do them – just pick 2-3 exercises from each section, turn on a good movie, podcast, or your favorite tunes, and spend a few minutes stretching out your body!

When you know which ones you want to try, do 5-10 reps on each side for 2-3 sets.
