The Rise Training & Fitness 8-Year Anniversary Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Rise Training and Fitness, located in Moorhead, Minnesota (“Sponsor”).
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Minnesota or North Dakota who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:
The Sweepstakes begins on March 1st, 2026 12:00 AM CST and ends on March 31st, 2026 11:59 PM CST (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
There is one (1) free method of entry:
No purchase, payment, or obligation is required to enter or win.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Entrants may opt in to receive marketing communications from Rise Training and Fitness by checking a clearly labeled box on the entry form.
Opting in to marketing communications is not required to enter or win. Participants may opt out of marketing messages at any time by following the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions provided.
One (1) winner will receive: One (1) year of personal training at Rise Training and Fitness
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,764
The prize is:
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on April 1st, 2026.
The drawing may be filmed and streamed live on Sponsor’s Meta (Facebook or Instagram) platforms.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry (phone and/or email) within a reasonable time following the drawing.
If the selected winner:
Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Prior to beginning training services, the winner must complete an initial consultation to review health history, goals, and scheduling availability, and sign standard participation agreements required of all clients.
The winner must claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification and begin services within thirty (30) days of confirmation.
If the winner is unable or unwilling to complete required onboarding documentation, fails to meet participation requirements, or does not redeem the prize within the stated timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
The prize value exceeds $600. The winner will be required to complete applicable tax forms, and Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC for the prize value.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy practices and will be used for administering the Sweepstakes and, if opted into, for marketing communications.
Sponsor reserves the right to:
Sponsor is not liable for technical errors, lost/delayed entries, or the quality, condition, or use of any prize.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
