“ I stopped exercising as I got busy with work and family. For nearly 40 years I didn’t exercise and I gained weight and got soft. I started working out at Rise in June 2023 when my doctor was concerned about my rising glucose numbers as I was approaching pre-diabetes and high cholesterol.
My two concerns were getting hurt and losing interest in it over time and quitting.
My experience has been transformational. I have gotten stronger, more flexible, and gained better balance. I’ve lost nearly 30 pounds this year and my glucose numbers have dropped significantly and my cholesterol numbers have improved. ”

Our team sits down with you to better understand the current state of your health and fitness, which we'll use to formulate your plan.
Using an InBody body composition analyzer, this step gives us baseline data to track your progress over time.
In this step, you perform a series of basic exercise movements so we can better understand your strengths and weaknesses.
The typical cost for personal training at Rise is an average of $30-35 per workout session, depending on your personalized plan. Compared to traditional personal training with an average cost in the FM area of $60-100 per workout, you simply get a better value at Rise.
A typical consultation takes about 45 minutes, and this can vary based on if you choose to perform the Body Composition and Movement Evaluation steps.
You don't need to wear workout clothing! The movement evaluation is completely optional and is intended to not make you break a sweat, so we encourage you to wear whatever is most comfortable to you.
If you're unable to make it to your scheduled consultation, the automated text message you receive upon booking includes a link to choose a different date/time.
