We sit down and discuss your current fitness level, health history, injuries, and what has worked in the past and what hasn’t.
The first month is designed for foundational work focused on strength, balance, back mobility, and stability.
The second month places an emphasis on power to maximize your golf swing for distance and control.
Swing Analysis Included
This program includes a comprehensive swing analysis at Suite Shots using their state-of-the-art technology in a 30-minute simulator bay session conducted by one of their in-house golf experts.

Our team sits down with you to better understand the current state of your health and fitness, which we'll use to formulate your plan.
Using an InBody body composition analyzer, this completely optional step gives us baseline data to track your progress over time.
In this optional step, you perform a series of basic exercise movements so we can better understand your strengths and weaknesses.
A typical consultation takes about 45 minutes, and this can vary based on if you choose to perform the Body Composition and Movement Evaluation steps.
You don't need to wear workout clothing! The movement evaluation is completely optional and is intended to not make you break a sweat, so we encourage you to wear whatever is most comfortable to you.
