This camp is a beginner-level program that sets a base for functional strength training and conditioning. Registration is open to 4th, 5th, and 6th grade (Fall 2020) athletes.

The Rise facility.

Our program places an emphasis on developing discipline and correct technique. Athletes will perform a variety of strength, agility, and conditioning exercises during each session. The goal is to develop proper form of all exercises and build up good habits for athletes as they progress and develop from year to year.

Dates and Times

The duration of this camp is 6 weeks of training at 2 workouts per week for a total of 12 sessions. Each workout is one hour in duration, on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2:00pm - 3:00pm. All sessions are performed at our facility in Moorhead.
