This camp is a beginner-level program that sets a base for functional strength training and conditioning. Registration is open to 4th, 5th, and 6th grade (Fall 2020) athletes.

Our program places an emphasis on developing discipline and correct technique. Athletes will perform a variety of strength, agility, conditioning, and mental toughness exercises during each session.
In addition to the fundamental basics and individual improvement from this camp, we also develop tougher athletes and teams through mental toughness training and team building.
Dates and Times
The duration of this camp is 8 weeks of training at 2 workouts per week for a total of 16 sessions. Each workout is an hour long, on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 10am - 11am. All sessions are performed at our facility in Moorhead.
