Defy the odds.

Despite the setbacks to spring and summer competition, preparation for the upcoming season will move forward.

We are excited to kick off our third year of the Rise Volleyball Performance Camp. This training program focuses on overall strength & conditioning, with an emphasis placed on improving vertical jump and agility.

This camp is available to all 8th - 12th grade Moorhead Volleyball athletes.

Schedule

This year's program has a unique schedule to allow for the reopening of our facility. Our staff has come up with two scenarios as we wait for the go ahead from state officials.

Scenario 1

Rise is able to open mid-June

  • June 1 - June 12: At-Home Training program - workout cards & videos provided (2 weeks total)

  • June 15 - August 14: In Person Training at Rise (9 weeks total) on M-W-F @ 8:00am - 9:00am

Scenario 2

Rise is able to open early July

  • June 1 - June 26: At-Home Training program - workout cards & videos provided (4 weeks total)

  • June 29 - August 14: In Person Training at Rise (7 weeks total) on M-W-F @ 8:00am - 9:00am


Pricing & Registration

Pricing is based on the number of in-person training sessions we will have. The at-home workouts are provided at no additional cost.

  • Scenario 1: $325.00 (9 weeks in-person)

  • Scenario 2: $275.00 (7 weeks in-person)

Invoices won't be sent until we determine which scenario is used, and they will be due one week after the first in-person workout. Registration is open until the start of the first in-person session.
