This is a beginner-level camp for athletes looking to build a foundation in performance training. Registration is open to boys and girls in grades 3-6 (Fall 2021).


The Intro to Strength & Agility performance camp focuses on teaching young athletes how to efficiently, effectively, and safely move their bodies in preparation for their seasons. This camp teaches how to properly lift weights, progresses through speed & agility drills, and provides fun, competitive drills.

We believe in competition and teaching the fundamentals to young athletes so they can fully develop their skills as they grow. This camp educates them on why they are performing specific movements, and teaches them how to train properly.

We offer a fun, high energy, learning experience that will get your young athlete started on the right path as they progress more into performance training.

Dates and Times

The duration of this camp is 8 weeks of training at 3 workouts per week for a total of 24 sessions. Each workout is an hour long, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:45am - 12:45pm. All sessions are performed at our facility in Moorhead.
