This is an advanced-level camp for athletes looking to improve their athleticism through speed, agility, and plyometrics. Registration is open to 9th-12th grade and collegiate level athletes.
The Advanced Speed/Agility/Plyometrics performance camp is a supplemental program for athletes looking to enhance their abilities in speed, agility, and plyometric training this summer. This is a true detail oriented program designed to slow down and really focus on the mechanics of these skills.
This is NOT a full strength and conditioning camp, and it works best for athletes who are in our individual AP program looking to get some additional focused training on speed & agility. Your athlete needs to get strength and conditioning training in addition to this program.
In this camp, we focus on the basics and fundamentals when it comes to landing/jumping, making proper agility cuts, accelerations/decelerations, and many speed/agility mechanic drills. Once we have the fundamentals down, progressions are made to push these skills to the next level and strive for elite level performance.
Dates and Times
The duration of this camp is 8 weeks of training at 2 workouts per week for a total of 16 sessions. Each workout is an hour long, on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10:30am - 11:30am. All sessions are performed at our facility in Moorhead.
